Annual General Meeting & Reports

The date for Wellard Limited’s 2025 AGM is 14 November 2025, commencing 10.00am (W.S.T.) in Fremantle and online.

This is an important meeting at which shareholders will be asked to decide on several matters including a resolution to delist the Company from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

2025 WLD Notice of AGM

This is Wellard Limited’s 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum. The Company recommends that shareholders read this document carefully, particularly in relation to the proposal to delist from the ASX (Resolution 3), and the proposed capital return of 1.5 cents-per-share to all shareholders (Resolution 4).

All shareholders should receive an email or letter with a personalised proxy form to facilitiate voting on all resolutions. The proxy form in the Notice of Meeting on this website is a sample only and not valid for voting.
