Annual General Meeting & Reports

Wellard Limited holds its Annual General Meeting in October or November each year. The date for the 2025 AGM has not yet been announced.

On 15 April 2025, Wellard will hold a General Meeting of Shareholders for the proposed sale of the M/V Ocean Drover for US$50 million, and a equal capital return to shareholders of those sale proceeds. Details can be found below.

Notices of Meeting are lodged with the ASX 28 days in advance of the AGM and can be viewed on Wellard’s ASX announcements platform.
